Terms of Service

By creating an account or otherwise using Biblemetric (“the Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.

Biblemetric is a Bible study application that provides guided study content and an AI-powered assistant to support your study of Scripture. The Service is a study aid — it is not a substitute for pastoral guidance, spiritual counsel, or personal Bible reading, and nothing in the Service should be treated as authoritative theological instruction.

You're responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information when creating an account.

Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis (monthly, unless otherwise stated) until cancelled. Free trials convert to a paid subscription only if you actively select a plan — we do not auto-charge you at the end of a trial without your action. You can cancel a subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.

Church/organization plans are billed according to the seat count agreed at signup. Adding seats may increase your billed amount; contact us to adjust your plan.

Responses from the AI Assistant and other AI-generated content within the Service may be inaccurate or incomplete, even when grounded in cited source material. AI-generated content is clearly labeled as such throughout the Service and should be evaluated critically, not relied on as a final authority.

You agree not to misuse the Service — including attempting to disrupt it, reverse engineer it, scrape it at scale, or use it to generate content that violates applicable law or the rights of others.

Biblemetric's own content, design, and software are owned by us or our licensors. Scripture text and third-party commentary used within the Service are used under their respective license terms.

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service for violation of these terms. You may stop using the Service and cancel your subscription at any time.

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Biblemetric is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Biblemetric operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
